Dan graduated in the summer of 2002 from Derby University with a 2:1 in 3-D Visualisation and Computer Graphics (Bsc - hons). He joined ALRA later that year as the college Librarian and now runs both the IT Network, the ALRA website and the TV/Radio studios..
Prior to this Dan worked as a Systems Developer for Enterprise Park (E3), a Design / IT tutor for Mackworth College Derby and a Graphic Designer for Illustrated Arts. Dan's free-lance web-design portfolio includes projects for SONY, OTB Soul and The Actors Centre.
Dan is also a CISCO Certified Network Instructor (semester 1 standard - 98%) and has written dissertations on 'Systems Design Methodologies' and 'Multimedia in Learning' focusing specifically on the development of learning resources for different learner styles.
