Richard Walker Since training at The Webber-Douglas Academy of Drama Richard’s theatre work has included the roles of Lenny Anderson in Alan Bleasdale’s Having A Ball, Bob in A Spell Of Cold Weather at theManchester Royal Exchange, Joe Orton in Cock Ups, Stephen Blackpool in Hard Times, Tony in Abigail’s Party, Vince in Way up Stream, Vic Parkes in Man of the Moment, Boldwood in Far from the Madding Crowd, Mitch in The Long and the Tall and the Short and also In Praise of Love, Private Lives, Dial ‘M’ for Murder and Bent. With seasons at The Liverpool Playhouse, Pitlochry Festival Theatre, Vienna’s English Theatre, Chester Gateway, Worcester, Oxford Theatre Company and The Mercury Theatre Colchester.
Other theatre work includes Me and Michael and Before Bristol at The Old Red Lion, Islington.

His television work includes The Bill, Eastenders, Coronation Street,  Brookside, Clones, Extras, Bad Girls and London’s Burning.

In 2007 after a short tour he appeared at The Edinburgh Festival in The Racket, a one man play which he created and produced.
