Emma worked as an actress after graduating from LAMDA in 1990, winning the BBC Radio Carleton Hobbs Award. She joined the BBC Radio Repertory Company, working in drama, comedy, light entertainment, live shows and educational programmes. Her TV credits include work for the BBC, ITV, Granada, YTV, Darlow Smithson, Pearson Television and Company Pictures. Theatre credits, among many, are: RSC, Royal National Theatre, Shakespeare's Globe, West Yorkshire Playhouse. She has toured extensively throughout the UK, and across the world.
Peter trained at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, receiving the BBC's Carleton Hobbs Award, and has worked extensively in radio drama both freelance and as a member of the Radio Drama Company. He has many acting credits including leading roles at Birmingham Rep, Bristol Old Vic, The Northcott (Exeter) the Sherman Theatre (Cardiff) and Leeds Opera House. Having retrained as a theatre director, he directed at the BAC and the Rose Theatre, Bankside and the Edinburgh Festival.
Gordon headed the multi award-winning BBC World Service Drama team for fourteen years. He became Head of BBC Radio Drama in 2001, a post held until his retirement. Currently an Executive Director at Goldhawk Essential he was voted Radio Academy Drama Producer of the Year.
