Paying Your Fees
The University of Greenwich allows you to pay your fees upfront or in instalments. Full details can be found on their website.
Student Loans
Most UK/EU students on full time courses are entitled to a loan package from the government.
This support consists of:
a fee loan for tuition fees
student loan for living expenses
non-repayable maintenance grant for eligible students from lower income households
Should you wish to apply for both the fee loan and student loan, they are combined into one consolidated loan payable after graduation.
Additional Help from the Government
As well as the means-tested maintenance grant for eligible students from lower income households, there are four other grants that you can apply for through the standard student finance package, depending on your circumstances. These grants include: the Disabled Student’s Allowance, the Adults Dependent Grant, the Parents Learning Allowance and the Childcare Grant. Full details relating to these schemes can be found at: the University of Greenwich Website
University Support
The University of Greenwich administers an Access to Learning Fund. This is non-repayable funding from the Government designed to help students access and remain in Higher Education - particularly those who need financial help to meet extra costs which cannot be met from other sources of support. Further information is available by logging onto:
the University of Greenwich Student Support Page
There are a number of bursaries you may be entitled to apply for from the University of Greenwich. These are paid on top of the standard student finance package and you are not expected to repay them.
International Students
For financial award purposes you will be regarded as an international student if you are not an EU national or if you have been resident outside the EU for at least three years prior to the start of your course.
For further details relating to fees, payment methods and support available to international students can be found at: the University of Greenwich Fees Page
