Join our team! ALRA is staffed by a small team of brilliant people in our two campuses at Wandsworth, London and Wigan, Greater Manchester. ALRA graduates can be found in all aspects of the performing and creative industries in the UK and internationally, and our resident and freelance staff are immensely proud of their achievements.

Our dedicated, creative, passionate and highly skilled staff are a tight-knit group who care deeply about providing the very best possible experience for the students.We always welcome submissions from teachers, practitioners and specialists who can enrich the students’ experience. Student Experience Officer (South)

Salary: £18,000.00 to £22,000.00 pa pro rata
Hours: 20 hours per week (0.5 FTE)
Campus: South

Our Student Experience Officers are visible, friendly faces around ALRA who help enhance the student experience across the school. The post holder will work in parallel to the North based Student Experience Officer and play a vital role in facilitating pastoral support for South students as well as supporting them on a number of other student matters including financial and bursary questions. We are looking for individuals with experience of conservatoire arts education environments who share our values.

Job Description

Head of Registry

Salary: £32,000 to £38,000.00 pa
Hours: 40 hours per week (1.0 FTE)
Campus: ALRA North or ALRA South

The Head of Registry will have responsibility for leading ALRA’s Audition, Admissions and student records systems and ensuring all processes are compliant with regulatory requirements, including HESA, QAA and UKVI. The role is responsible for overseeing the successful submission of ALRA’s Student Alternative Record. The post holder also will be expected to play an essential role in ALRA’s ongoing data compliance requirements as well as ensuring ALRA’s Student Record Management system is fit for purpose.

We are looking for candidates with experience in Student Admissions or Data Compliance portfolios who share our values.
