Miller Voice Work with Kristi Dana
The fundamental physical component taught in the Miller Voice Method, the ‘Active Breath,’ enhances the actor’s ability to remain present and communicate with transparency in order to keep an audience engaged. In this introductory workshop, Kristi Dana, Certified Miller Voice Method teacher, will share the core principles of the work, discuss the theory and science surrounding MVM’s ‘Active Breath’ and guide participants through exercises for physical embodiment and application to text.
