An Intergenerational Storytelling and Performance Workshop with the tutors and students of The Academy of Live and Recorded Arts, as part of the Wandsworth Arts Fringe for BBC Arts Get Creative.

Come with your parent, grandparent, grandchild, son or daughter and enjoy a day of storytelling and performance at ALRA – one of the UK’s leading Drama Conservatoires. A chance to act up with your family and community in one of Wandsworth’s iconic and historic buildings.

Following a fun-packed morning of workshops filled with games, activities and exercises, participants will perform devised and improvised stories in groups at the end of the day. Come and create a new story with us or let us help you tell one of your family fables!

To help us celebrate our 40th birthday in 2019 we particularly encourage you to bring a family member to share the experience with. All ages and abilities are welcome. There’s no need to prepare anything in advance or to have any acting experience – just bring your imagination and sense of adventure!
