Lynn joined the ALRA team in 2015 and has a passion for outreach and the arts. She holds a degree in Drama and English, a diploma in Acting from LAMDA, an MA in Applied and Participatory Theatre and a performing arts teaching qualification. She has taken many CPD courses in aspects of Marketing and Communication and, as a former actor and published playwright, she appreciates the journey the students are on and has a fully rounded experience of the industry they are training to join.
