There is no student parking on the ALRA site but limited parking is available in John Archer Way.
Using the TFL Journey Planner
The Transport for London website offers a journey planner service that will give you up to the minute public transport times and access routes to ALRA.
By Train.
The nearest main line station to ALRA is Clapham Junction.
If you chose to walk from the station to ALRA please allow 15 minutes.
You should take the Shopping Centre exit out of the station, turn right and cross over the road. Walk up St John’s Hill and over the railway bridge. Continue forward until you reach a set of traffic lights. Here you should turn left and then take your first right into Strathblaine Road. Follow the road round to the left and cross at the pedestrian lights. Walk straight ahead onto Spencer Park and continue forward for approximately 5 minutes. Take the first turning on your left and you will see the Royal Victoria Patriotic Building in front of you.
By Bus
If you decide to take the bus from Clapham Junction Station to ALRA please allow 15-25 minutes.
You should exit via the Shopping Centre and turn left. At the traffic lights, cross over to the main entrance of Debenhams. Here you can catch the 77 bus. You should alight at the second bus stop on Spencer Park and walk over the railway bridge, the Royal Victoria Patriotic Building is in front of you.
If you decide to take a bus from Tooting Bec Tube Station, you should allow 40 minutes and should catch the 219 towards Wandsworth. You should alight at Wandsworth Prison, just after the County Arms pub. Cross the road and turn right into Fitzhugh Grove. Follow the road round to the left until you reach the front of the Royal Victoria Patriotic Building.
At the Royal Victoria Patriotic Building
At the front entrance of the building (black double doors) press the button marked TR and push on the door to let yourself in. Turn right and then right again into the main ALRA office (studio 1).
